Healthcare Recruiting Landing Page Video

This landing page video was created for HCRI and we consulted with them to help optimize the video landing page on their website. HCRI had a far different story to tell as a recruiter because they specialize in the healthcare industry. So we needed to explain, in a fun way, how difficult recruiting for the healthcare, biopharmaceutical and medical device industries can be and why hiring a specialist recruiter (like HCRI) makes the most sense. Generalist recruiters typically only target a few keywords in their searches and send in candidates that are under qualified for the positions being sourced. We played with this idea in the script and story of their explainer video to show how sometimes using a specialist recruiter can make your life much easier..
