Day 9 is definitely not a shake your rump worthy of 9 ladies dancing, but it is amazingly good in it’s own quirky way. Germany’s EDEKA supermarket chainand their ad from 2015 is a sad but poignant commentary on society in general.



If you’re already feeling a bit uncomfortable about missing a holiday with the extended family, how’s that for a guilt trip? I mean if you have to fake your own death just to get a visit from your family, I’m not sure it would go as smoothly as it does when everyone shows up in this ad, but still the message is there. Globally it was one of the top ads of 2015 for the holiday season so clearly it struck a chord. Now go call your parents or grandparents now. I MEAN NOW!!!
