> What do you charge for your design services?
Prices depend on many variants due to the fact that each job is quoted individually on a case by case basis. As an example, one client may only need a very basic web site built with only a couple of pages of information and a contact form while another client may have hundreds of pages of information with a shopping cart. > How do we get started on a design project?
If this is our first time working together, I will typically send you a questionnaire. This questionnaire has a series of about sixteen questions such as "Who is your target market?" and "When someone asks about your company what would you want people to say?". I have the business owner fill this out because, after all, nobody knows your company better than you do! By utilizing this questionnaire I am able to better understand your target audience and the look and feel you would like me to convey with the design. We then schedule a meeting to discuss the answers in a little further detail so I can garner more information and get started quickly on the design project after that.
> Does my business need a web site?
Where else can you get business exposure 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year? What other method of communication allows your customer to learn more about your business at their convenience and provides a source for them to contact you directly? No matter what type of business you are in, a web site will provide you with a robust method of customer contact.
